TERMS OF SERVICE

The service

TheAIShop installs and maintains AI workflow systems (Kits) for small businesses. Each engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered as described in our proposal. Install timelines begin from signed agreement and access provisioning.

Payment

Install fees are invoiced on project start and due within 7 days. Monthly care fees are billed on the same date each month. Cancellation of monthly care with 30 days written notice to hello@theaishop.co.

Our responsibility

We design, install, and maintain workflows as scoped. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, changes to API availability, or outcomes dependent on data we don't control.
